At Press & Pour, every product is carefully handcrafted, prepared, and packaged with intention. Due to the personal nature of body oils, fragrance products, and hygiene-related items, we maintain a strict return and refund policy to protect the integrity and safety of our customers and products.


We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on:

* Body oils
* Fragrance mists
* Roll-on oils
* Limited edition scents
* Sale or discounted items
* Promotional bundles
* Opened or used products

Because our products are applied directly to the skin, we cannot guarantee the safety, purity, or authenticity of any item once it leaves our possession. This policy helps us protect every customer and preserve the quality standards of the Press & Pour experience.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

* Your order number
* Clear photos of the packaging and product
* A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will gladly proceed with an approved replacement, if applicable.

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Press & Pour is not responsible for:

* Delays caused by carriers
* Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
* Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout

At this time, all international sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns on international shipments.
